NOTD: Essie Shine of the Times!
as I was thoroughly unimpressed with OPI Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday, I decided to spice it up :D

I'm starting to get into layering a bit, though I'm not a huge lover of flakies. I think the choice of creme base matters a lot more. Glad you got a hold of Sinful B on B. :)
